About the job

As part of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. 

In addition, you’ll work closely with the Producers and Creatives within the Creative Delivery team to help manage and deliver the very best quality creative, on time, on budget and on brief.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Cultivating strong, positive client relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts  
  • Effective delivery of client development plans 
  • Responding to client briefs as they come in. Creating quotes, proposals and responding to client enquiries 
  • Managing a small portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact, ensuring their needs are met, improving the client experience  
  • Collaboration with our wider team to resolve project issues and problems, and keeping track of all processes that relate to the client’s needs, ensuring viability and profitability of the project 
  • The provision of an excellent after sales / wash up service 
  • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients 
  • Keeping fully up to date with market insight through networking, actively researching and studying the market and proactively sharing knowledge with colleagues, clients and peers. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in client services or account management, preferably in a creative agency environment. 
  • Proven track record of supporting client with experience of supporting client growth, cross-selling, and up-selling. 
  • Sound commercial understanding and competence  
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passion for the creative industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
