About the job
As one of the Client Services Account Directors, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
In addition, you’ll work closely with the Producers and Creatives within the Creative Delivery team to help manage and deliver the very best quality creative, on time, on budget and on brief.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through organic growth, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, production, and strategy) to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and providing prompt resolution to client concerns.
- Participate in new business development activities, including pitches and proposals.
- Manage budgets alongside producers and oversee client revenue through weekly forecast management.

Skills and experience required:
- Substantial experience in client services or account management, preferably in a creative or production agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through organic growth, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Sound commercial understanding and competence
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the creative industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
- A strategic thinker who can deliver innovative solutions, and drive their implementation.
