Rebecca, known as Bex, brings over two decades of invaluable experience in client management and strategic leadership to her role as Client Services Director at Powerhouse. With a career spanning renowned agencies like Ketchum, CreativeRace, Finn, and most recently, McCann Manchester, Bex has continually demonstrated her capability in elevating client experiences and driving business growth.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Bex plays a crucial role in shaping Powerhouse’s trajectory. During her time at McCann, she spearheaded the growth and development of the agency’s PR and communications business, driving retention and organic growth while providing counsel to integrated accounts.

Now, in the role of Client Services Director at Powerhouse, Bex leverages her expertise to enhance client experiences, expand strategic content services, and tailor solutions to meet evolving client needs. Her passion for supporting clients in achieving their creative and content goals in a sustainable and results-driven way perfectly aligns with our ethos.

Outside of work, Bex is a huge cat lover, often joking that she’s working hard so her furry friends can live their best lives. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find her buried in a good book on her Kindle or busy planning her family’s next big adventure.

We first met Bex at our 2023 International Women’s Day event, where she totally rocked the stage as a speaker. Her down-to-earth perspective and infectious passion for the industry really stuck with everyone in the room, including us. From the moment we met her, we knew we wanted her on our team!
