As Client Services Director, Rebecca has been instrumental in steering Powerhouse through the past two years under the guidance of Neil Adams, who is stepping down from his role as MD after 25 years of leadership. Neil’s contributions have been integral to our success, and his support during the acquisition and transition phase has ensured a seamless handover of responsibilities.

Rebecca brings extensive leadership experience from some of the UK’s leading agencies, such as McCann Manchester, Finn, and Ketchum. Her understanding of agency operations and client management makes her uniquely positioned to lead Powerhouse into its next phase of growth.

“Stepping into the role of Managing Director is an exciting opportunity to build on the incredible foundation we have at Powerhouse,” said Rebecca. With 25 years of experience and a roster of long-standing clients we’re proud to work with, my focus is on driving innovation, strengthening our brand and agency partnerships, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional work without compromising on quality.”

Co-founders, Rich White and Tony Lendill, will continue their roles within the business, leading the creative team and maintaining Powerhouse’s exceptional culture, while ensuring its creative vision continues to drive everything they do.

As part of the transition, we have made strategic investments across the board to support its growth ambitions. A key appointment includes Jess Metzelaar-McGee as Head of Production, who will manage the agency’s production team, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all projects. Jess brings experience from both client and agency sides at household names such as Asda, The Gate Films, and IMA.

In addition, we are also expanding our Client Services team under Rebecca’s leadership to continue delivering top-tier service. This growth is complemented by increased investment in Sales & Marketing, reinforcing our commitment to market leadership.

“Rebecca has been an invaluable leader within Powerhouse, and we are confident that her appointment as Managing Director will bring a fresh perspective and direction to the business,” said Tim Grice, CEO at Connective3. “We are excited about the future and look forward to seeing the company thrive under her leadership.”
